Senior Project/Program Manager

As a Brightfox Senior Project/Program Manager you are both the lead and point of contact for a diversity of projects, impacting technology, process and/or organization. You oversee a portfolio of projects within the Brightfox organization and manage this with the necessary responsibility. Experience with CRM projects, Salesforce knowledge and/or government projects are a plus. You have more than 10 years of experience in project management.

Your main focus is on stakeholder management, so you are able to handle the dynamics of a complex organization and have experience working with a wide range of stakeholders. You are stress resistant, resilient and can assess the political game well with the client.

Your daily work will consist of

Collaboration

You work closely with your colleague who takes on the role of Delivery Lead. Together you do the project follow-up of all ongoing projects including Managed Services/Support assignments.

Customer Interaction

You manage customer expectations to create success for both the customer and the team. You map out the customer's wishes and requirements together with a team and the customer's product owner.

One Team

Together you divide the project responsibilities internally (project team) and externally (customers) and make the necessary escalations to the managing partner, sales manager, customer success manager and other potentially impacted stakeholders.

Knowledge Sharing

You are responsible for guiding and coaching the new generation of Brightfoxers so that they, too, can make the biggest difference at clients, partly thanks to your expertise. You transfer your knowledge to them, interact on challenges and celebrate successes together

Creating Success

You manage the project from A to B, monitor progress, and ensure that objectives are met. You secure the project timelines, budget, resources and quality within the project.

Managing Expectations

You are not afraid to manage risks and to convince the customer in function of the success of the project. You protect the team, but also represent the interests of the customer.
