Implementation
What is it?
We know how important it is to go from an idea to finished project. Our implementation services go beyond implementing ‘just’ Salesforce. We want to make every project an extension and improvement of your business processes so that you can maximize the results of your investment.

Roadmap to Success
Our project follows a structured process with six key phases. Each phase plays a vital role in a successful implementation:
A project starts with defining the goals, plan the overall picture, compose the team and decide on the approach. We discuss project boundaries, risks and assumptions. We also conduct a "Salesforce Insights training" to familiarize key users with the Salesforce platform.
We take the high-level scope and transform it into specific requirements in interactive workshops. The goal is to create a detailed MVP (Minimum Viable Product) solution description. This includes the system’s structure, the data model and the most important business requirements.
We work with you to divide the project into smaller parts, known as sprints. We create user stories to ensure that we’re on the right track. Our team follows a sprint cycle that includes preparation, build, presentation and testing. This allows us to deliver new features step by step.
We diligently check and confirm that everything works as intended. We test the entire process, every major part and specific task. We do this in two stages: Sprint Acceptance Testing and UAT Testing. The aim is to ensure what we have built meets your expectations.
We focus on transferring data from your old system to Salesforce. First we prepare the data, then we upload it to Salesforce and make sure that it matches with the requirements of the Salesforce platform.
The project is ready to go live. We move all the pieces into the live working environment, set up user accounts, make sure everything works together and provide training. After the go-live, we have an "aftercare" phase where we provide support and resolve issues that arise.
